# CoPILAR

> CoPILAR is Ben Heslop's model of how a member of a small, lasting group reads the group (Pillars, felt readings rated 1 to 10) and how those readings move one another (force cards), moderating her Engagement. The site holds two models: CoPILAR, the model in development, which is provisional, and ComPILAR V1, the published model from which it grew.
